Le Pixie Flash est identique au Pixie normal mais deux petits trous près du viseur permettent d'y adjoindre un très gros flash magnésique et de le synchroniser.
L'appareil était vendu dans une boite spécifique avec "Pixie Flash" indiqué sur le dessus.
